I feel that good benefits are more important than good pay. While good pay is important, good benefits are more important because they can lead to a better pay. It brings new jobs, new opportunities and the sense of self-accomplishment. It is expensive to develop professionally. The trainings cost a lot, so it is best when a work organization pays for them. Going to congresses and learning from the experts is very important for the development. It also builds self-confidence. Working in a team helps employees learn from each other and it is also a good benefit. Paying overtime is also important because it influences the moral of the workers in the positive was. They feel that they are worthy and a valuable human asset to the company.
Affordable Health Care Act makes me feel secure because health is the most valuable human asset. It is also beneficial for the employers to have healthy workers. This act will impact me in many ways. My children will be protected, preventive care is very important as well, I will have the possibility to choose the doctors and it is important to have emergency care if necessary. The protection of the health of children and young adolescents up to the age of 26 is a great benefit.
