The leader inspires and motivates his followers in process of constant difficulties. His character is flexible and innovative. Successful leadership depends on intelligence and knowledge, honesty, common sense, initiative, confidence, discipline, perseverance, certain socio-economic status, reliability, responsibility, and social activities. One of the most important qualities of a leader is ability to communicate establishing good relationships with others.
My motto: To be a leader means being confident, reliable and sociable inspirer for others motivating people to achieve shared values.
The main qualities of leader
Ability to influence others or charisma Although some people suppose that charisma is innate quality, it may be trained successfully. The stories of outstanding leaders prove the fact that charisma reflects overall opinion of followers about the leader by the followers.
Confidence The true leader radiates the confidence and ability to cope with any challenge. 3 Stress resistance It is important to presume emotional balance in any situation. A true leader must be entrepreneurial, energetic being capable to take reasonable risk.
Liability and Sociability Responsibility and reliability as well as faithfulness to the promises made are key characteristics of persons applying for the leadership. Loner and a misanthrope never win the love and authority. All true leaders know how to be nice being able to interrelate with people successfully.
Independence Subordinates need to be confident that their leader is completely independent in decision-making. It means that he remains responsible for his actions in different circumstances regardless of opinions of competitors and external pressure.
