Some of the gaps include corruption and racism. These aspects have presented challenge to successful execution of America’s core political values. In order to harmonize these discrepancies, each individual need to be involved in the fight, right from the government to the societal members. This can involves carrying out mass awareness on the negative impacts related to racism and corruption. In this way, every individual will be involved in fighting against these discrepancies. As individuals, the role we can play is to give support to be wholly involved by giving our support to the fight.

One of the constitution greatest strengths is the ability to incorporate changes through permitting addition of amendments. Once there is judicial interpretation, the constitution allows the authority to adapt the changes through a boon or in form of a hindrance. As a result adaptability is the greatest strength. However, the weakness also lies here given that there is requirement of great effort in terms of time and resources to successfully administer the change.

I think the framers of the constitution would not be satisfied with the state of the affairs. This is because the state government have a much critical role to play in protecting of citizens welfare, health and safety. This is much evident with most of criminal court cases being handled by state courts. Consequently, the state should be given more power.

Hate speech at all costs must not be protected and this is not contradictory to the many who strongly support the free thought and expression. Hate speech is like a spark of fire in a petrol reservoir that if not properly controlled, then it may cause a lot of havoc and so we must not protect hate. It must face the rule of law.

The courts cannot truly bring about social change in the diverse world but it has the capacity to influence the change they can cause a possible revolution. This is because the society cannot be forced but can only be coerced to do something or rather though brain washing.

One of the major blows that have affected many Americans is the legalization of the Gay laws and civil ammunition policies. This event has made the nationals to lose trust and confidence on the integrity of the government and their fight towards the ethics of the society. There has been increased cases of civil violence and this is a consequence to the US government.
