Purpose Statement:
My purpose is to live a life that is balanced in nature and serve as an effective leader who brings out only the best in individuals, while applying ethical principles for the purpose of making a difference as well as creating value.
Years:
Within five years, I hope to open a startup company, further, there will be an establishment of a shore company.
This will work to increase employment to the qualified youth, thereby reducing their dependence or over- relying on other people.
2 Years:
In two years I would like to see myself as a Chief Executive Officer in an organization where I can share my all my knowledge as well as experience for the purpose of motivating my colleagues.
During this time I hope to have partnered with the human resource firms, as well as the previous leader for the purpose of creating a management team vitality curve.
Moreover, I hope to have established an employee program in the firm I will be working, in which will equip my colleagues with skills in areas such as communication so as to improve their overall performance.
As a CEO my goal in five years is to identify all the changes that will enable development of the highest performing teams while at the same time delivering momentum.
One year:
My one year goal is to secure a position in a firm whereby, I can not only grow but also take on a variety of new challenges over time.
Ultimately, during this time I would like to undertake more managerial responsibilities as well as getting involved in the initiation of team building thus, through development of external as well as internal collaborative relationships.
I also plan to build as well as motivate a high performing team thus, based on the current state.
In a year’s time I aim to ascertain morale and the status of the team and also develop the team’s skills while undertaking interesting projects whereby they can lean more.
Six Months:
My goal in six months is to secure the managerial post in the business organization I will be working under. This will help me in applying the management theories learnt in school.
During this period I hope to contribute to the efforts aimed at the global strategic procurement efforts which will enable me to get involved in projects that are more purpose drive.
Three Months
Upon securing a job one of my goals is to establish good working relations with the business teams.
In 3 months I hope to have become inclined to the work environment which will greatly enable me to concentrate on work, efforts will be supported by the existing learning teams.
Engage in additional business training programs such as on leadership for the purpose of acquiring leadership skills as well more certifications, this will eventually aid in my career.
30 days:
In 30 days I hope to secure a job thus, through sending out the application forms to various organizations.
Key relationships:
Some of the key relationships are such as the startup company’s human resource manager who will be responsible for assembling new crew members such as employees. My brother, who has vast knowledge in human resources will be the new manager of the “shore team.”
