This project is mainly based on the scrutiny of patient satisfaction criteria. It is therefore mainly concerned with explaining the adopted factor in evaluating the quality and the extent of healthcare services. The project also incorporates an essential part, quality improvement, which intends to ensure complete patient satisfaction. In this case, the quality improvement is the stipulated method that helps the breakdown of the enactment and the proposed means that helps to improve the patient satisfaction. Quality improvement is, therefore, an essential part of the patient satisfaction. Various methods are used to analyses the improvement efforts. That is; the continuous quality improvements, the total quality improvements, among others. All these methods are different in various ways (Quality Improvemnts). However, they serve a similar purpose which is to analyze the improvement efforts. Some procedures are laid down that help to discuss the procedures of planning and quality improvements.
An ideal team member is therefore supposed to possess certain qualities that are important and necessary for them to facilitate the improving process. Some of these qualities are also necessary for them to achieve a good and dependable and uncompromised patient satisfaction. Therefore, a quality assurance and improvement team should contain a good clinical leader, a technical expert, a project sponsor and a regular leader. A clinical expert is necessary for the entire operation this is because they understand the entire processes and the possible changes in the organizations and their impacts on the patient’s standard satisfaction. Every member of the team have their roles and responsibilities, and as such, it means patient satisfaction is a collective responsibility of everyone in the team.
Developing and managing an effective, successful patient satisfaction strategy, it is important to adopt the strategies that minimize and regulate the delivery of the healthcare systems. To achieve this goal effectively, they should, therefore, ensure that they involve all members of the team in the research process and help to promote better living standards and conditions to ensure that the aim of keeping the society healthy and people practicing a healthy way of living. In this process, therefore, it is necessary that people disseminate the information on the better healthy practices such that they might be effectively implemented in the quest to attain a better good standard.
Using information Technology systems is an important part of the entire operation. This is because the system provides an important part of the research criteria. In this era, the role of IT has been classified as a fundamental necessity especially for research this is because most of the information is today's stored in the cloud systems. Therefore it is better and easier to carry out researches through the internet (Parsley, Corrigan, & Parsley, 1999). Therefore, Information technology gives the people an effective source of knowledge and relevant information. This information is necessary for improving the levels of patient satisfactions. IT also helps to improve the technical sector regarding data storage and other technical support necessities. Also, there are other incentives and designs that IT department can help with to ensure that the patients are effectively attended to.
Therefore, once the improvements are put to rest, the performance of the entire efforts can be evaluated through the data collection and individual one on one interviews of the patients who have undergone the trial process. The data can then be evaluated quantitatively through the measurements of its performance and management process. Therefore it is true that the quality management system can be a great asset in the entire healthcare system. Through the evaluated methods, the entire team can, therefore, be able to gauge the efficiency of the entire process.
