Two directors have to share their points of view with the whole staff in order to apprise them in possible changes in the working process. The issues have to be identified and explained. All the deficiencies and benefits of implementing those methods have to be clarified. According to Hicks, opponents have to understand each other`s interests, as the solution can be found in sharing thoughts and ideas (Hicks). Then the evaluation of possible measures to be taken has to be done during brainstorming. This way, some agreements will be reached, and some issues left can be valued as details of agreement.
The agenda for the critical meeting, where the conflict will be solved, has to be presented just as ordinary meeting of improving the company`s working place. Conference room seems to be the perfect place for viewing corporate problems of such a kind. Department heads have to be the judges at the meeting in order to accept some strategies of development. At first, the outlines of each point of view have to be compiled and presented with mentioning all the benefits and possible outcomes for the chosen strategy. Then the solution to such a controversy between the two executive directors has to be found through measuring all the sides of changes to be made. The attempt to combine both points of view has to be considered. This way, some agreement will be reached.
I try to gain goals of total deliberation in perspectives of implementing technology of recruiters to expertise in recruiting and selecting scientists as well as selling of the prescription drugs at hospitals to bring some benefits to the company. Both executive directors have to come to an agreement without any reticence. It will be useful for the further development of economics and corporate ethics.
The degree of the goals reached may be measured only after getting some benefits after implementation of those kinds of changes. It is not clear which method is more effective, so they both have to be tested for some time in order to assure the department heads in effectiveness of the method implemented for the company`s success. The outcomes will show the necessity of teaching recruits to know more about pharmaceuticals. Considering the fact that changes may improve companies a lot it is essential to reach agreement in dispute between the director of research and development and the executive director of sales. This way, the solution for the personnel crisis will be found, and the knowledge obtained after the results of the meeting are implemented properly.
