Management (Course identification)
We are an equal policy team of individuals. Our mission is personal growth through respecting individuality team work. We are share passion for studies and knowledge, but differ in the background, strong points and working style. These differences are to be used for the welfare of all members and to achieve the goals in short terms.
Team goals are:
Participation of all members and mutual aid
Keep in touch and informed
Operation in proactive manner
Regular control to ensure compliance with the quality standards (cheating and plagiarism)
Decision making policy is based on consensus or major voting, if the first could not be achieved in a reasonable period of time.
The leader (L) and team recorder (TR) ,who is responsible for journals and a project e-board, are elected during the first team meeting as well as a list of communication techniques. The rotating sub-leader (SL) can be elected, if essential for the better progress.
Any issue regarding the project or behavior of members affecting the teamwork is to be discussed together during personal or virtual meetings, which are to be held at least once a week. All members should submit their contact information to the TR. Members are free to communicate in a preferred way from 10:00 am to 20:00 pm unless agreed otherwise. TR informs the team at least on day before about the time and format. Everyone should come 5 minutes before the start or inform L about the reasons for absence. During these meetings we should respect each other, be patient and intelligent. Oft-recurring violation of these rules can lead to a transfer or dismissal inquiry.
Conflicts and similar issues are to be communicated directly to L, who is to meet a threat.
