Dear Governor John Terry
Response to stem Surging rate of the Prostitution and unemployment
Firstly, I would like to introduce myself as the residence of this county. I am a twenty year male born in Panama territory which is the most populated in the capital metropolitan county. Over the past, despite the fact that the region has nevertheless portrayed remarkable development index, level of the unemployed population has been seen to surge. This is mostly so, among the youths and women who forms critical component of the working population.
This calls for the need to focus on their well about because without strong human capital an economy is doomed to massive economic downturns. On the other hand cases of drug and the substance abuse has taken it part which is solely attributed from the lack of the employment and perhaps the rate of prostitution has been seen to increase tremendously; hence young generation is not to blame for early inducement into the prostitution practices.
I am writing to you to address or put in place the measures to curb this since the peril practices young population are engaging into are risky and will make them unproductive in the economy; this could increase level of dependency level in the county hence using the resources which could be directed to alternative uses to cater for them. This is because prostitution practice is associated with high chances to killer diseases like HIV and perhaps the unemployment rate reduces life span.
This could be addressed by initiating the job creating endeavors which will keep the unemployed population busy as they will be having a source to earn living. Similarly the prostitution rate will be seen to reduce, a factor that has been seen to contribute massively to the HIV preference which has surged in the county.
Peter Keter.
