Taiwan trait is one of the most challenging for international security since it has the power to trigger war between US and Peoples Republic of China (PRC). As such, this may affect military operations in various ways including depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, disease, injury, and death. Militiamen subjected to combat in war often suffer mental and physical injuries. The same happened to ROC, which lost to the People’s Republic of China. Taiwan has two defined group; the first group is for independence while the second group is for unification of the two.
These parameters of qualification or independence may affect the military operations, as there could be differences that exist between the soldiers in military affecting it negatively. The PRC threatening military action against Taiwan’s declaration of independence could lead to continual of the war. This could result in strain on the army operations to stop and control the situation.

The issue of independence has dominated Taiwan politics for an extended period. Although the DPP was the first, to calls for both the idea of Republic of Taiwan and Taiwan independence, as it took authority, the DPP has tried taking a central role in which independent Taiwan is associated with the Republic of China Taiwan. Such could lead to continued struggle between the Republic of Taiwan and Taiwan independence supporters, which could mean the continuation of war, which could involve military operations.
Mass evils such as rape and murder cases inflicted by Japanese soldiers could also affect ongoing military operations. This could lead to the separation of Taiwan from China, frosting the military relationship between China and US hence the fostering of bad relations between the two military sides as each pursues their agenda.
