Corporate Negligence is the instance whereby professionals fail to reach or administer as per the provisions and guidelines that direct a certain profession. In the advanced levels of a nurse, may, a nurse will have opened his or her own practicing firm. At his instance, he or she may have employed other nurses. However, the principle that guides the nursing profession alongside the parameters of corporate negligence entitles the patient who falls victims as a result of unprofessionalism in the conduction of services to him or her to compensation. In essence, the owner of the nursing institution is vicariously liable for all the actions that their employees in the course of their duty happen to commit. It should be confirmed that, the action took place at a time when the nurse, employee was on the course of his or her duty (Paula). In reality, it is integral to establishing this significant phenomenon. In order to settle and usurp such situations, what the primary Nurse needs to do is to come up with a program that will champion towards instilling professionalism amongst his or her nurses. Such measures would amicably remedy up the situation to great substantial heights. At this instance, I would have aided the administration in the venomous effects of exercise of unprofessionalism (Pozger). On the other hand, victims of corporate negligence will be burdened off the stressful events that come proximal to the events that facilitate filling with litigation and the ensuing procedurals.
Credentialing liability is another instance that faces nurses at their development stages. In this case, it is along legal bounds for the administration and the management of a health facility to ensure that, they take on board individuals who are good, exceptional and qualified. In the event that the health facility takes on board under qualified medical practitioners, it will face a detriment in as far as its developmental facets are concerned. In order to minimize such liabilities to the nurse, patient and the institution, it is reasonable that, proper schemes are devised by the management to instill a working panel. The panel should be purposed to ensure that, they adequately take applicants for jobs through a process that is rigorous and self-motivated. In the long run, safety will be developed.
Inadequate staffing is another significant aspect that is required for the proper running of any institution. In the nursing category, it is imperative to note that, the nursing institution can barely work in the event nurses are not well staffed. In order to usurp and take charge of this event, it is significant for the medical institution to come up with ways that link interns to the nursing institution. Such individuals in the preliminary stages of their career can significantly aid and marshal the process that leads to better services being given to the society. It is both a moral and legal issue.
Risk management refers to the processes and procedures that are placed on board to ensure that chances of risk engulfing the whole system are thwarted. In this regard, the nursing unit should always be sensitive on matters that represent the plausibility of the risk ever coming to the scope of the medical institution. In this case, risk assumes a shape that can equally engulf the entire fraternity of the nursing unit. As a result, patients can lose their lives when risk takes the shape that is detrimental on them. The medical institution and doctors can also face situations that are oriented on such lines. In order to solve the situation, proper risk management committee should be instilled so as to play vigilance purposes (Frey).
Patient Safety is a key fundamentality in the cases that relate to nursing. Failure by the institution to make sure that such a scheme is well nourished can subject the institution, patients and medical practitioners in problematic situations. Safety can be boosted in the event a safety oriented group of people is devised. Decentralization of safety can better work for any institution.
Litigation is the process that guides the legal processes in any country. In the course of the operations of the institution, cases may arise. In this event, chances of the institution on medical grounds sinking n deep mere can be appreciated by the fact that, losing a case may subject the institution to a financial crisis. In order to supply this problem with a proper solution, it is reasonable that, the legal team is instituted in the nursing institution.
