The needs of type A person I possess, affect my functioning in a group positively or negatively. The effect on the group is subject to the qualities held by the other members of the group. If all the group members have similar qualities to those, I have then, my involvement and participation in the group is positive implying that I can function very well in such a group. On the other hand, if the other members of the group of varying qualities to those I have then it becomes very difficult to function effectively in such a group.
Besides, I am motivated when working with group members who are responsible and ever persistent in doing what is required. Therefore, these needs compel me to apply the authoritarian leadership styles that dictate what members need. Such method is vital in controlling people to act in line with my will.

The best rewards I prefer most are promotion, proper communication and continuous training. I take a promotion as the best reward for enhancing my career growth which is subject to my productivity. Delegating can be made easier for me under various circumstances. Firstly, it can be made easier if the people to delegate to are result oriented. In other words, the people who I should delegate the work to must have the similar qualities with those I hold as per type A provisions. This implies that such people need to have a great focus on enhancing high productivity in the work delegated. It is worth noting that people who are not result oriented may make delegating difficult.
I am very comfortable in the delegation of duties to other members. However, the willingness to delegate the work is subject to personalities. I like delegating work to result-oriented people since they will enhance my satisfaction. Besides, I also consider delegation o duties to responsible employees in the organization. I feel comfortable giving duties to people who have a sense of responsibility because they end up achieving the planned results. However, it becomes difficult for me to delegate work to people who are irresponsible since they hinder the achievement of results.
