Introduction: It has to be taken into account that outsourcing of low paid jobs is something that has been a practice for past some years in this country. The jobs are outsourced to developing nations where there is scope of finding low paid labors owing to the economic disparity between the countries.
Main body 1: Low paid jobs are outsourced as it works to enhance the profit margin of the businesses in the country.
Labor is cheap in developing nations of the world.
This is due to the huge population and asymmetrical economic growth in those countries. (Gutman, 2004)
However, this only works to enhance the profit margin of the corporates, rather than being helpful for the labors. (Butler, 2014)
Main body 2: Low paid jobs work to deprive the workers of being paid properly.
The workers are not paid poorly taking advantage of their economic hardships.
The national economy of the developing countries and the crisis of jobs forces the workers to take up the low paid outsourced jobs. (Diana, n.d.)
This can very well be deemed as the economic exploitation of the workers.
Main body 3: The outsourced work to the developing nations should have proper pay.
The workers of the developing nations should be paid at par with the workers of a developed nation.
Or else, the economic disparity would only be enhanced leading to an enhanced difference of economic difference between the developed and developing countries of the world. (college.cengage.com, n.d.)
Low paid jobs are negative for the workers as they are simply exploited on grounds of the less economic growth of their nations. (The Smith Institute, 2014)
Conclusion: Outsourcing of low paid jobs to developing nations works negatively for the workers as well as for the entire economic growth of the developing nations. It needs to be reckoned that the developing countries would be left far behind of the developed nations if the outsourced jobs are lowly paid.
