Speech
Communication process
Communication process is elucidated using various communication models. The process starts when the sender with intent to send a message encodes the message and sends it through a channel in which the message is decoded, and received by the targeted receiver. The sender and the receiver are reciprocally connected. The process is complete when a desired feedback is received, and the process starts once again. Communication can only be said to be effective of the sender receives feedback whether desired or undesired without being hampered by various factors that might render the communication process ineffective. Organizations strive to formulate and implement effective models that can efficiently serve their specific needs and guarantee them success.
The marketplace theory holds that, with little government regulation of speech and the freedom of expression, movements and propositions will succeed or fail on their own merits. Left on their own, individuals will use rational devices and their discerning capacity to scrutinize competing schemes in an open market environment. It studies logic, inference, and procedural rules in artificial and actual global settings. Logic is the most important aspect of arguments. In the market place, debate and negotiations are held to reach mutually acceptable conclusions. Market players engage in persuasive arguments to convince each other. Arguments and counterarguments are commonly used to ensure the success of the business, and the overall improvement of the economic condition of individuals.
Carrying of handguns in C.A
Open carrying of firearms is a threat to national security and the existence of a harmonious society. Additionally, not every person can afford to hold the gun responsible hence allowing people to hold handguns will ultimately disorient their social life. The state government has the sole responsibility and obligation to provide security to its citizens hence people do not need to carry handguns around since that will be an extra strain on their hard-earned monies.
Guns do not kill, but criminals kill. The government has considerably failed to provide security to its subjects and the state currently has an overwhelming number of criminal cases. Many states have permitted its citizens the right to carry firearms and that has not in any way compromised the overall state of security.
Concept of "leveling out the playing field"
We exist in a society where reason and logic matters. The concept of leveling out the playing field significantly implies that, in debates, the confronting parties start from an equal position, and each strives to bring about strong arguments and counterarguments to guarantee a win in the debate. Global competition requires that transactions be held in an open, fair and transparent manner that will not any way disadvantage any party. The concept significantly implies that, in a debate or argument, every party has a chance and probability of winning the debate. However, the strength and accuracy of the arguments that they will present determines the overall results. Additionally, it is worth noting that the judges in a debate are guided by certain unadventurous ideologies that prevent them from expressing their biases or prejudices against a certain party.
Concept of "intersectionality"
It is the study of intersections between forms of discrimination, domination, and oppression. Various social and biological factors interact and contribute towards social inequality. The experience of being a black female can only be understood by considering how race and gender interact to produce such experiences. The disproportion is automatically generated and has consequently posed a challenge for many nations. However, states are thriving to fight manifestations of oppression and discrimination but the two have been hard nuts to crack.
