The Determination Factor is my brand. I have previously been employed in a Fastfood point and I have experience on the sales department. I have managed to work in other sales jobs, which further enhances my determination as I am required to make sales from time to time. As a team leader of sales representatives, I have had a taste of what a sales department manager of a Fastfood Company would be required to know. A sales manager should be a leader and I will engage in the mission of acquiring skills that would make me an outstanding leader in the sales department. Internships and leadership positions in schools would be paramount in defining my direction as a sales manager in a Fastfood Company. I will study hard to achieve all the elements that the education would give me in line with the future career.

Having been to college, the college degree acquired will be a competitive edge for me.
I am a highly determined individual with the spirit of achieving the set goals or targets. I have done it through the previous tasks assigned at work and in school as well as in individual tasks.
I have previously been employed at a Fastfood point as a part time sales representative and I have been responsible of filing sales records.
My leadership skills have been affirmed through involvement in leadership of a team of sales representatives.
Organizational skills have been strengthened in me through maintenance of sales records and analysis of the data given.
I have excellent analytical skills, which I can do manually as well as through the assistance of a computer.
Through interactions with people in college and other institutions as well as my workplace I have developed excellent communication skills, which would help me in interacting well with the clients.
Strong time management skills have been nurtured in me through exposure to deadlines, which I have to meet both in school and at work.
Weaknesses:
I have a problem with delegation. I do not understand the best way to allocate duties and the elements to use when giving duties to other individuals.
Also, I will embark on research and further reading on the best delegation strategies.
I have underdeveloped initiation skills as I cannot have projects defined on my own
I will work on this element by engaging on small projects that require my effort.
I will introduce small projects and propose them for approval at my current place of work.
Dependability is sometimes a problem to me following the ability to do a lot of activities on my own. I tend to believe other people should be independent.
I will brainstorm with the sales representatives as their leader and try to offer suggestions and support whenever called upon.

Going through this assignment, the exercise was high educative. It offered me a chance to learn how I would grow my career and improve on my current academic performance. I have learned regarding my future career and the strategies that I need to undertake to reach the specific goals and achieve my career.
