United Healthcare is an Organization that is established in the United States of America to cater for almost all kinds of medical issues. It was established following a shortage of healthcare services that provided for all inclusive needs for customers and clients. In this regard, its operationalization differs slightly from the normal functioning of other organizations that have been running different states. In this regard, it was established so as to appreciate the rather diminishing reality that, the United States of America is an autonomous country. On the contrary, position to that established by states, it is purposed to serve all the American citizens. In this case, it has principles that it relies upon so as to forge a way forward for the development of United States of America as a whole. In essence, the organization keeps due regard to the fact that, the health system of a nation is among the key things that either builds or destroys a country. In this case, it is evident that this healthcare organization is geared towards taking due regard and care for the citizens of the United States of America in the following ways;

On the other hand, the organization looks forward to rooting out partiality instances that have been engulfing the medical system in the United States of America. It respects the position that guides the functioning of any society. People will always do their best where they are well faceted and regarded. What this means is that, it has a policy that overrides on the aspects of remunerations to nurses. It also has an organization that is inclusive in nature. Along its parameters, it has a team of legal officials that aim at ensuring that, the medical field in the United States of America is rooted on legalities.
In terms of nurse staffing, the organization has set standards that dictate as follows; it has a team of elites from various fields that center point professionalism and aspects that entail employment. In this case, the team focuses on hiring nurses that will well server the set standards by the organization. However, it should be noted that, the organization runs along just grounds. Codes of conduct are other fundamental values that spice up the ability of patients to be satisfied. In this regard, the organization prohibits any indecencies in behavior when addressing clients. Service delivery is the most important issue that directs and guides operations that the United Healthcare revolves along.
