When I am home, I love to study and learn from self-improvement books such as those written by Mr. Jack Canfield (Chicken for the soul series) and Ms. Rhonda Byrne (The Power) etc. I like to read such books because they give me a thought stimulus and keep me moving ahead even in time of hardships when I am about to quit. These books provide me with a positive mental outlook and motivation to remain energetic to face every situation instead of running away from my challenges and problems.
At my workplace, I love to socialize with others and learn extensively from my mentors. I like it the most when I am invited to share my knowledge and feedback with my immediate managers. Also, it gives me a great pleasure when my team achieves a give task or target collectively. I like to speak to our customers and learn about their problems so that they could be resolved as soon as possible. These activities give me enough energy and motivation to increase my productivity at work and that is sufficient for my job satisfaction.

At work, others describe me highly demanding because I always demand a good quality work for the benefit of all stakeholders.
