I think the marketing was done effectively. This is because through the posters and social sites like Facebook and twitter the Rosen college career fair organizers did was possible to invite most of the students and exhibitors in this career fair. This is a clear message that if one wants to become successful in the business industry he ought to attend the career fair where he will meet with renowned business people and the most performing businesses. The other thing is that the turn up at the career fair was extremely overwhelming. Most students from the college and other colleges were attracted by the adverts. These ideas involve seeking permission from the city council to put burners across the busy streets. The other idea they could employ is to putting posters all over the college and other colleges in order to target more students.
