Everyone needs to take a rest at one point or the other. Most people have a lot of workloads as they ought to do a certain activity to earn their livelihood. It applies to grownups. Young people are not left behind a well. They also have their responsibilities. For instance, they help their parents at home with house chores or other duties as allocated to them. However, the most important thing that all children ought to do is go to school. School comes with learning which involves a lot of work, especially work which involves his mind. When overworked, the mind can also get tired just like any other part of the body. Students thus need to rest so as to give the mind time to process the information available to it. They also need to relax to allow the mind some time to relax and refresh so that it can understand whatever else they learn. As a result, an activity is needed in between learning or working to allow the mind and individuals to relax personally (Benjamin Bloom - New World Encyclopedia, 2016)
One such activity is distance running. It has so many benefits. For instance, it allows people to stay physically fit. It also involves more parts of the body other than just the mind. It allows one’s mind to relax, muscles stretch, and the whole body to exercise and lose any excess water or fat. It also increases individual’s immunity. Moreover, it improves people’s cardiovascular and respiratory system functions. It also strengthens one’s bones as well as increase an individual’s physical strength. Such an activity is needed to help people.
Technology is one aspect that is influencing the current world to a large extent. Most people communicate by use of technology. It also helps them express themselves, their desires, their needs, as well as their wishes. It is also used as a form of entertainment, and it is thus, a good source of a nice activity of help relaxes so that they can process more workload available for them. Today, most schools provide computers for children. They learn by use of computers other than using textbooks as was done in the past. Nowadays, almost everything is available online and thus necessitating the use of computers. Moreover, most parents provide computers, laptops, iPads, notepads, tablets, and smartphones to their children to help them in the learning process or for communication and entertainment purpose. As most people are glued to their gadget screens, a computer game would be good in helping people, especially teenagers.
The game should be a competitive one and with several levels, thus allowing one to advance after the completion of a certain level. In the game, players should be advised to find certain items such as a treasure box, mall, school, fashion center, music, and movie centers. Instructions, should be provided bit by bit after the completion of a certain activity as directed. For instance, they should be advised that to find the mall, they have to solve a given riddle or do a certain thing. Upon solving the riddle or completion of the said thing, they are provided with further instructions directing them in the direction of the specific thing or place they are found. The riddles and activities to be completed should be simple in the lower levels and get tough as the game advances to higher levels (Cues, 2016)
The game should be adjusted according to one’s level of knowledge and capability. As a result, it should provide options for players at the beginning so that they can select their appropriate age which in turn determines the level they ought to play. For preschool children, riddles, clues, and activities ought to be very simple. For teenagers, the riddles get to be a bit difficult and difficult for senior citizens. They should also have different things or places to find depending on their age group. For instance, teenagers are more interested in music, fashion, and movies and thus the riddles, activates, and places should be all about their interests. The requirement of the game is a computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, or any other gadget that can access the internet from which the game can be played.
