When a business seems not to be performing as much as it may have intended, there is need for the business to evaluate its processes to determine where the problem is. Customer questionnaire
The sampling method to be used on the customers will be simple random sampling. This method was chosen because of its simplicity and effectiveness in collecting data from the population under study. Here are some of the questions.

- What services do you use for cleaning?
- Who provides you with your cleaning services?

The data collected from the interviews and the questionnaires will be analyzed and a report filed. The analysis will also include a comprehensive list of recommendations that are likely to improve the company’s performance. This report shall be shared with management who shall then make a decision on how to implement the recommendations raised.
