It offers an amazing inspiration to all those who are eager to turn over a fresh leaf but do not know where to start. Sometimes, adults do need to change a part of their life by redoing it. Flanagan’s story is a proof of that. Some circumstances make it easy for an adult to start all over.
It is not unknown to all that some children, especially boys, are extremely careless about what they want to do in their lives. They seem to be sailing smoothly during their prime years by studying the bare minimum or not studying at all. However, the whole burden shifts to their shoulders when they realize that they are now responsible for another person, another life – for a baby, wife or parent. Moreover, while immaturity can be expected from a teenager, adults are expected to behave rationally. If starting all over is the only best option amongst the limited options one has, then, an adult is expected to choose it and make the best out of it. Hence, there can be times when it becomes absolutely important for an adult to go for a life-changing experience.
