Introduction

Cirque du Soleil has attained significant results under his effective leadership. In fact, the company has expanded its operations in numerous parts of the world thanks to Lalberte able leadership. Hunter-Tilney (2015) describes him as a fiercely ambitious and hard-working. It is vital to stress that effective leadership has taken Cirque du Soleil to greater heights. Cirque du Soleil belongs to the circus industry. The company can be described as a market disruptive innovator within the industry.
