The country of Indian has experienced significant growth in the Pharmaceutical Industry making it one of the largest industries in the world. The steady increase of industries makes the manufacture of products more important and, therefore, it becomes hard to control what has released into the market as well as the costs. According to WTO, a vast majority of the people of India did not have affordable access to drugs and, therefore, strategies had to be put set to make it possible (2012).
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Association came up with an initiative that directed the patients to send a message to them once they got a prescription. The association then would locate areas around the sender that would provide the drugs at an affordable price. They also sent back a list of medication that was closely similar to the prescribed drug and would be cheaper. Availability of information gave the people the freedom of self-selection which made it easy for the health care sector to provide better services to the people.
The NHL Association went into negotiations with 30 league owners. In this negotiation the players were more informed and ready for the meetings s that they would not settle for conditions that they were not satisfied. The ability to bargain their conditions made it possible for them to have the salary restrictions removed from their provisions
In the fall of 2012, the University of Regina started negotiations which reached an impasse. Repeated bargains had to be done for an agreement to be arrived. Faculty relations were availed which it made possible for the members to avoid waste of time as well as the money used due to the weak relationship between the students and the staff members.
