Dear Nikhil,
I hope you are well. I am writing to you according the order I made recently. The matter is that I had several problems with the order. I hope you can help me to resolve the matter.
I made my order on 3.15.15. They are 2 marble inlay coaster sets, 1 marble carving hand painted dry fruit container and serving tray, and 1 marble tray and glasses set with embedded zircon stones and gold trim. I requested the delivery not later than 15th of June.
First, I received it on 28th of June. I became anxious about delivery before the wedding on 23d of July (for which these items were to be a gift). I emailed your customer service department twice—on 4th of June and 11th of June. Twice you told me that the order will be delivered by 15th of June.
Moreover, one of the included dry fruit containers was without a lid.
Finally, two of the four glasses were cracked.
I hope you understand that I am not satisfied with the manner you do your business. I think you are my friend and will understand that my excuses and apologies to the customer (an aunt of the groom) are of no comfort. She was disappointed with the condition of these items. And, my friend, I totally agree with her. I did persuade her not to cancel the order simply because these gifts would be so unique. I had to promise very fast delivery as well.
Obviously, you will help me if you sent me the correct items as fast as possible. I will be disappointed if your one more failure will take away my customer. I can make other arrangements, so let me know if necessary.
Cordially,
Monica Madden
