In everyday activities, emotions are normal occurrences that human cannot avoid. An emotion is tightly attached to the mood, personality, motivation, temperament, and disposition of a person. In addition, a relatively short-lived conscious involvement is categorized by the deep mental action and the extraordinary pleasure or displeasure. A person can have the emotion of being free, in which he or she is not bothered by the life occurrences such as depression, rage, depression, guilt, shame, and self-doubt.
An emotion of being free keeps a person’s mind free and not occupied by any bothering feeling. The feeling may seem impossible because it is not easy for an individual to have nothing occupying his or her mind. People are born with emotions such as love, compassion, joy, passion, excitement, empathy, and other negative ones like anger, envy, greed, fear, and jealousy (Barken 104-106). The emotion of being free can only be achieved when an individual has set the mind such that no above-listed emotions can affect him or her. It is possible to have the feeling, in the case of a person having a relaxed moment in life. An example, a person who is drunk and unconscious has the emotion of being free since he may feel nothing is bothering him. Another example is for a young kid who has nothing much to care about, may experience the emotion if there is no physical or other condition affecting them.
The feeling of having an emotion-free moment may be judged negatively by some people because it seems like the individual is a care-free. On the contrary, the emotion may act as a positive one because there are some moments when a person needs to be relaxed and have nothing disturbing him or her. Some people may be bothered by many psychological issues and may be recommended to maintain a calm life to help minimize the stress issues. For the people to have a good life, they are advised to have an emotion of being free since they will have nothing bothering their mind and will make them feel calm.
Recognizing the emotion of being free is not a simple task since it is difficult for a person to notice when he or she is not having many thoughts. It is easier for a friend to see that a pal is having an emotion of being free by observing the reactions when not doing any activity, or when subjected to life issues such as disturbance. An example of a way to know someone is having a moment of free emotion is when you observe a person watching the lake tides without his or her notice.
The feeling of being free can be related to the primary emotion of distress. When a person has no major issue stressing his or her life, he or she is likely to behave like having an emotion of being free. Stressed people are likely to be very emotional, and it is easy to notice the anger in them, contrary to a person having an emotion of being free. The person is likely to appear as if joyous, but at times cannot explain the reason for having that feeling. A person having an emotion of being free has a positive attitude towards nature and other life issues and cannot be easily provoked.
