a. most of the buildings are aged between 40 to 60 years with the dominating architectural style being Art Deco for the tall buildings (Karetnick, 2016).

d. Houses inside the commercial center are older as compared to those on the outside.
e. The houses are detached from each other
d. There are few solar panels installed for some buildings. However there are no windmills
g. There is a lot of space both behind and in front of the buildings (Miami and Beaches, 2016).
h. The general condition of the houses is good.
I. There are no signs of broken doors or leaks within the building.
j. Most of the homes have well-tended yards thereby depicting neighborhood pride.

a. South Beach FL is urban. There are too much open spaces rendered to the public.

c. Yes, they have names that are displayed out. Some also have unofficial names.

c. Yes, there are major highways. The highways serve in transporting tourists in and out of the neighborhood. Public transportation are also very frequent with availability of gas stations. There are light rail stations.

Social agencies, client and recreation centers, and schools are all there. The neighborhood also features doctors and dentists’ offices.
b. There are lots of parks around the neighborhood. All these are in use as shown by many people filling them during the day.

b. Yes, there are a lot of people visiting the neighborhood that I would not expect.
c. I can spot the purpose of the individuals I see as salesperson.

a. The neighborhood is alive and can be said that it is on its way up.
8 b There are street vendors in south beach, the city gives 58 locations for artist vendors and 16 locations for street performers. The streets are littered and cars are abandoned in snow piles. There are signs of political posters and neighborhood – meeting posters. There are signs of real estates and most of them are completed are for sales. There are also a number of abandoned houses. There are mixed zoning usage and the sidewalks are in good condition.
9.a The area is integrated comprising of Caucasian, Africa America, Asian and Hispanic
9b. there are signs of ethnicity there are some restaurants which cook specific food for specific group of people. Majority speak English but there are some who speak other language such as French and Spanish. Most of them are Christians an attend churches but some go to mosques.
10. There is diversity in religion most of them are Christians and attend churches some go to temples and others in mosques. This is evident due to presence of churches, temples and mosques.
11a. There are chronic disease such as diabetes and asthma. People are also addicted to drug and is evident due to the presence of rehabilitation centers around.
11b. The nearest hospital is about one mile.
11c.There are presences of health offices with health officers who monitor the work one by the very many hospitals around
12 . There is evidence of local involvement due to the presence of city hall. The local government is headed by the Mayor. Their main work is to collect the revenue and use it for development. There are also some evidence of politics since they are divided in supporting democrat party and the republican party. Majority of them are republicans.
13a. there are job in the south beach both part-time jobs and permanent jobs. Most people from the neighborhoods come to look for these opportunities since there are so many openings. In south beach there are both professional and causal jobs and most people seeking for jobs in this place can choose which one is appropriate for them.
13b. the number of people who are moving in is higher than those moving out. There coming in in search or job opportunities and most of them become permanent settlers. This explains of the increase in real estate investment and the selling of houses.
14a. This community is vibrant since growing economically, politically and spiritually. There are numerous activities going on. It is a good tourism attraction site which attracts many people.
14b. there is diversity in this community since they are of different religion race and ethnicity.
14c. the community safe due to the presence of community policing services who guides the people in this place.
14d. if there is a health issue it can be adequately addressed since there is presence of health facilities with professionals and adequate equipment.
