Demographic changes
The company reflects three main demographic changes as exhibited in the American population. Firstly, more women have since joined the company’s leadership positions. Secondly, the company has already reported that almost one-third of its workers are set to retire after five years. This is a reflection of the aging population in the American economy. Lastly, the company has an increased population of non-whites in its workforce.
Communication
The aspect of formal communication channels should be revised by the organization. The need for formal meetings that require physical presence should be changed to accommodate changing trends in the workplace.
