There are a number of achievements that I have managed to accomplish on an individual level and also on a team level. Despite the progress, there are also challenges that I faced in some aspects of my job. I managed to overcome some of the challenges with the help of my colleagues especially the close friends that we share a lot. Further, there are also some aspects that I am currently focusing on so as to create a positive impact in the tasks arising in my line of duty.
Progress made on most important aspects of the job
Within the given deadline, I managed to complete data analytics for two skill assessment survey cycles. The assessment surveys assist the Contact Center team to effectively handle their rising number of cases. In a bid to enhance accuracy and consistency of data and reports, I got acquaintance from Support Team Organization as well as processes and products. This was through engaging in positive interactions and work relations with my colleagues.
Areas that more progress would have been made
More work is still required on the dashboard. The dashboard needs to be more dynamic such that data entry and analysis becomes easier, faster and efficient. I attribute this gap to some project management skills which if acquired, developing a better and effective dashboard would be a success. I need to further acquaint myself with the relevant software and appropriate programs that are generally used within the organization. Communication is also another aspect that needs a great deal of improvement (Mondy et al., 14). To keep everyone in the team informed of the various progress that are being undertaken during a project, I should document and issue the relevant communication on the particular requirements.
Requirement in the future to deliver great results
With my flexible nature, I will undertake to accomplish the tabled task within the stipulated deadlines; engage in extra working hours if necessary. I will arrange with my co-workers on accomplishing projects in an effective without having to overload any member of the team.
