The video shows that the primary reason for job satisfaction is the rewards that the workers get after working. Job satisfaction also entails how a person feel contended with what they input in their line of work.

Most people will conduce to think that the Coca-Cola Company manufactures their products and distributes their beverages after they are bottled. This is not the case when distribution all over the world is considered. The Coca-Cola Company achieves their goals by partnering with distributors; which has become an important source of strength for the company (Exter, 2013).

Steve Jobs has preceded his reputation in every way with every business culture around the world having immense respect for his works. He is, hands down, the best CEO to this day. His motivational talks have impacted many; among those his employees at Apple. He understood that everyone needs motivation, and ways of motivation are different with diverse people.
Organizational implications of Apple Inc
Steve Jobs was the name behind the success of Apple and his constant demand for success attributed to the growth of the company. After his decease, most people wondered if the motivation of the employees of the company had been affected (Müller, C. (2011). His blunt delivery of criticism would not work for the company anymore.
