Uber has created an easy and comfortable way of allowing users to find a ride from the comfort of their own couch which in turn has allowed for Uber to spiral in popularity. The app was created to allow users to connect with drivers in their area to pick them up for a fee that has been regarded as lower than most cab fares. Uber goes the extra distance by calculating the fee beforehand and makes it easy to pay by mobile as well as split the costs.
The article pin-points the fact that Uber is revolutionizing the way citizens get around, however with many advancements it has been receiving an outcry from professional drivers. The app is believed to get users into rides when comfortable so they can rely on a ride when they need it, and for a lower price.
