A quote mentioned by Noam Chomsky is “who understands grammar as a description or theory of language” (Jeremiah 7).
In this quote author explain that teachers and students both have the responsibility of using proper forms of language while creating sentences by following all the rules of grammar in the class-room. Grammar is not just about memorization of fragments of speech only, in fact it goes beyond of highlighting knowledge that creates such words probability. Further, the grammar usage is the concept of grammar by means of advanced version. Such implementation of writing knowledge will permit the writer to become a language investigator. It becomes easy for the writers to make use of proper grammar for accurate sentence construction. Also, it helps the writer to understand the mistakes present in such sentences and form them properly by deleting errors and correcting all the mistakes. The quote further explain about the usage of grammar by students as editors that they should aware of broader sense of the word usage.
Another quote by Louise Rosenblatt’s says about literature should “arouse the reader’s response” (Jeremiah 7).
Literature writing feature emotional responses and reader’s senses towards serving the readers with accurate word usage to make written communication better. Also, creating emotional sense in the response of readers can’t be possible without the use of language in a particular manner with the help of the writer. Descriptive rhetorical patterns are the main core of literature writing. The most important thing in any writing is not just only about the story or information but it is about how writer make the content alive to the reader. Moreover, it is not necessary that one thing important for writer must be significant for the reader’s interest.
