Introduction
The case study paper has been developed to understand the requirement of systematic disciplines for building, maintaining and extending competitive advantage through the managerial process. In this paper, a case study of Procter & Gamble has been discussed to evaluate the fundamental changes required to develop the core business facilities. The paper has identified the specific concern of Alan Lafley, CEO of P&G, regarding the leading organizational changes. Considering the reflective analysis of the CEO of P&G, the paper has developed most suitable systematic disciplines for the organization to broaden competitive advantage in a marketplace.
Study of the required systematic disciplines in regulatory process
As the human resources of the organization can figure out their role in the organization, they can also put maximum effort to make the organizational vision a successful one. In this way, a systematic disciplinary role for the organizational human resources can be developed within a limited period. However, adaptability of corporate vision is a critical challenge for business leaders. The organizational culture and working environment of an organization can also make an impact on employees’ performance. In such scenario, the organizational leaders must make some strategic changes to make it easy for the workers (Farrell & Badke, 2015). Also, the management must build a strong bonding with the corporate employees to develop a systematic performance. Furthermore, the management must consult some of the business plans for the experienced human resources to select the most appropriate methods for business implementations. However, there will be some resistance to change the traditional system. But proper methods and training can work out the problems.
Conclusion
The study has eventually figured out the prime requirement of an organization to develop a systematic discipline that includes identifying core business, organizational vision, and organizational framework. The leaders of the business must take the responsibility to make a proper diagnosis of the current business plans and strategies. If there is any scope for changing the organizational structure, the management must consider the alternatives. The case study paper has presented the role of the managers and the leaders in identifying the organizational value. Meanwhile, the organizational vision must set high standards for the human resources to be followed. The business administration needs to supply appropriate motivation for the employees to make them more professional.
