Leadership qualities and typical Google employee
There are multiple dimensions in defining a leader at Google. For Google, a leader resembles creativity. It refers to thinking beyond the box and choosing an outcome among the available alternatives. Such creative workforce will help in developing new products and services to build on their competitive advantage. The other dimension could be a positive attitude. It means to motivate the work team for the continuous success of the organization. A leader must strive to keep the environment positive in the workplace.
So, a Google employee is basically a creative and innovative person with a positive outlook. A creative leader can look at situations in different ways. The leader motivates the employees unless they succeed in their objective. Google has such leaders i.e. Larry and Sergey, the founders of Google.

It will ensure my ability to understand several languages and interact with clients all around the world. Google is a place which invites individuals having an interest in innovations and creativity, and that is what I am passionate about.

Such talks help to enhance the understanding as well as experience for Google employees and then for the better experience for end Google users (Subhadra). The employees in Google learn continuously from guest speakers.
