In essence, physical and mental health is interlinked since a problem in one area adversely affects the other. Notably, wellness is not only about exercise and nutrition, but it is a full integration of our intellectual, spiritual, social, occupational, and emotional components, which are all as a result of personal effort.

I am an intellectual who is open minded, dedicated to community development. Furthermore, I enjoy group interactions and is capable of making informed decisions. My only weakness is that I am resistant to new experiences especially if I have no one to relate to or hold my hand through the process.

I will move out more, meet new people, and teach myself to embrace change.
Social- (7)
I am a social being although I tend to be careful who I socialize with in my life. Notably, this is mostly because I judge behavior and I can be critical when I do not support a particular conduct. My strength is that I can also keep my feelings to myself so that a relationship is not affected. Otherwise, I have co-workers, friends, and family members I get along with easily.

I will read books that talk about ways of accepting other people’s way of thinking.
Spiritual-(9)
I believe that our values, actions, relations, and beliefs profoundly contribute to our spiritual wellness. I, therefore, strive to be positive, keep focused, and be honest, fight for peace, and harmony. My only weakness is that I get agitated when one tries to take advantage of my spiritual beliefs to justify their wrong behavior.

I will reduce my agitation by improving my debate skills
Physical-(8)
I always try to maintain a healthy life through daily exercise, balanced diet, and monthly checkups. Primarily, this helps me to face the next day with a lot of strength and positivity. My only weakness is that some major stressors can cause severe headaches, fatigue, apprehension, and restlessness.

I will seek medical advice regarding this issue.
Occupational- (8)
Fundamentally, I find it fulfilling to know that my joy and happiness is not found in my occupation. In this way, I can appreciate my job, and therefore maintain a balance between my profession and social life. However, I find it overwhelming because I would like to make a change to the community through my career. Hence, I feel the need to work extra hard than I should. Although this cannot be considered as a weakness, I am aware that I have to control my anxiousness and work within my means so as to keep balance.

I will list tasks in regards to their priorities so that I do not get overwhelmed.
Emotional-(7)
I have a thorough understanding of myself, and I can cope with most of the challenges that come my way. One of my strengths is that I can express feelings of happiness, hope, joy, love, and sadness in a productive manner. One of weakness is that it is increasingly difficult to express my disappointment and anger towards someone especially when I feel that their excuse is not convincing enough.

I will watch some various online videos that show how to express my feelings in a positive and productive way.
