In comparison, wisdom is more of an individual's intuition which may provide the best explanation of the studied material. Wisdom concerns itself with why things work the way they do, as opposed to how such things work. In this regard, wisdom tends to dissect the knowledge gained by someone in order to have a deeper understanding.
In conclusion, it is evident that knowledge and wisdom do not mean the same. Knowledge also refers to information, while wisdom refers to the acknowledgment and the acceptance of facts that all the information is delivered, though such information is subject to change. Apart from that, knowledge tends to be specific and also concrete, while wisdom refers to the incorporation of various domains and other sorts of realities. For instance, knowledge can identify an event as a problem, while wisdom will focus on the person who is to be informed, and when such information should be given. Expression of knowledge can be in the form of diagrams, charts, and many other forms. Wisdom, on the other hand, is qualitative rather than quantitative. In conclusion, knowledge is gathered from education and learning, while wisdom which is a state of being wise, is gathered from the day to day experience of an individual.
