The trend towards the globalization extension covers the desire of the developed economies to approach the developing nations to the growth and position of the first ones. However, the contemporary world faces the necessity to understand the social structure of the developing countries in order to develop the policies that may assist in the elimination of the imbalances between the countries. In this respect, the evolution of the society is divided into three stages applicable to the countries. For the purposes of this paper, the author draws attention to the issues as to whether Tunisia falls within the scope of the category of the limited access order. This type of the regime implies the establishment of the limitations over the access of the individuals of the state to the control of the political and economic functions in the country in order to create rents in the society. Following this, the powerful citizens have the respective privileges and rents. Although, in case of the exposure of the violence, these individuals face the threat of loosing the abovementioned benefits. In this respect, the cooperation of the group at the power with the powerful individuals is needed. Tunisia is regarded as the developing country with the limited access order that exists due to the high level of the violence exposure. Besides, the leading authorities of the country are considering the measures that may assist to the reduction of the level of violence in the country, especially in relation to the threats existing for the safety of women.
Talking about the measures and policies aimed to manage the violence in the country, Tunisia does not have programms that may cover the sphere of the reduction for the violence among youth, sexual relations, child maltreatment. In addition, the limited access order is divided into several types as well, such as basic, mature. Tunisia falls within the scope of the notion of nature LAO. According to this regime, the government of the country widely supports the formation and creation of several institution beyond the state bodies. In this regard, Tunisia allows the formation of huge variety of the offices and organizations this assist in the performance of the political functions. At the same time the control of the police officers' activity is not high, as the state authorities believe that these bodies have the power to control the exposure of the violence within the state. Furthermore, Tunisia as the subject of the international relations ha the power to authorize organizations that should act in the country as the subjects of the activity aimed to keep the rents and reduce the violence exposure. Meanwhile, in order to support its status and the role of the powerful groups in the country, Tunisia establishes the framework for the limitation of the competition so that the level and amount of rents can be controlled ("Limited Access Order In Tunisia: Elements Of A Political Economy Of Autocratic Regimes").
However, the organizations specialized on the management of the violence in the state are included into the range of the state bodies. This organizational structure allows for Tunisia to enter the session of the transmission state that allows to control the spread of the violence. At the same time, the representatives of the state bodies in the county are vested in with the political and economical power so that they have the ability to exercise the surveillance over the formation and division of the rents. Finally, it is quite difficult to state that the countries with open access order rarely transfer into the countries with the limited access order based in cultural differences and economic growth. Although, Tunisia is successful in its acitivity in management of the exposure of the violence that may influence the division of the rents. Furthermore, Tunisia may serve the good example of the county in African region that is trying to approach to the status of the developed country by diversifying its economy. The country draws the attention to the processes that may turn one sphere of the tax revenue such as the tourism into several sources of the general welfare. In this regard, the country nowadays increases the turnover in trade and deepens the international relations with the developed region.
