The whole purpose of education is achieved when a student finds the essence of the subject, finds out application where it can be applied and employs it to solve the problems. The role of an instructor is to channelize the thoughts of the students in a right direction and make him/her realize that it is the individual’s thought and desire that his enabling him/her further to grasp well and perform better. The visibility of the teacher in the learning process should be more or less like a road sign guiding the students which path to take rather than taking a driver seat and steering the students’ thought process. It is very important as it give confidence within the students in the long run.
Moreover, it should be more or less community oriented. It should include the present day problems one can face in their lives. It has be a scenario where all the students can relate to and perform well. Rather than giving monotonous homework to students, it should a different experience for the students to find new problems, explore the topic well and strengthen their base in the topic. Any topic cannot be raised to a high level at the first instance. It needs gradual building of the topic. The concepts have to be placed like building blocks one by one.
