Good Example Of My Life Time Goal Essay

In my life, I have had numerous goals but now I have a set lifetime goal that I am determined to achieve. For most of my life, I have always dreamed of pursuing a career in the arts. After much consideration and thought, I am now certain that I will achieve my lifetime goal to have an occupation subjective to visual arts.
One of the most important steps that I have taken towards achieving my goal is attending art classes during my free time. I learn a lot of things in the class some of which are just fascinating. I am passionate about playing with colors, texture, and fabrics that forms the basics in interior designing. Attending the art classes inculcates in me the required skills that shall propel my goal forward. It is also good to attend the classes so as to interact with other students who have the same goal as mine. It is said that if one wants to go far, one has to be accompanied by likeminded people. For this reason, therefore, the friends I meet in school forms the basic group that shall help me in building up the goal in future. I am very happy and contended while doing art an indication that I have my entire mind in it.
As part of ensuring my goal come true, in the past summer I attended an internship in interior art designing that made me came into contact with the actual work in the field. I was able to see the process of producing interior design work and how different clients have different tastes. I learned that the field is very dynamic and may not have a limit since there are no limits on personal tastes. Creating themes for different people was very fascinating. I learned how interconnected art work is. In fact, all what informs art is connected in one way or the other. Therefore, knowing different field is mandatory. I also learned that speed in production is important since many people need their work done within a given period. I learned that it is important for one to also train on visual arts so as to be a successful interior art designer. In addition, I also formed contacts that are critical in building a network of professional who are already in the field. These field professional have the direct experience and know how the current environment is in terms of demand and supply, market shifts and the challenges that one may face in the field. I realized that it is not as easy as one may see it from the classroom perspective since there are many requirements from the clients. Good communications skills and rapport between the clients and the interior design company is very important in achieving its goals.
I would like to attend an Art college in future. I hope my passion in art is great and would be helpful for me to further my studies in art. I have passionate in many fields in art and would wish to pursue them and have diverse skills that would propel my goal. Once in the college, I would work diligently to improve the reputation of the college. On top of that, I would build a network among the rest of the students, lectures, and tent internship in a reputable company have hand-on experience. The internship shall give me an opportunity to learn the many themes that are required in the markets as well as the dynamics in the current art market.
