NOTE:
On the evening of January 8, 2014 Toronto Police, with the assistance of a personal informant, went to Humble College Lakeshore Campus to seek out Nolan Allison- a known drug trafficker who was said to be hosting a gathering to distribute illegal narcotics. A search warrant was executed at approximately 11:35 p.m. after receiving a reliable tip via text message that Mr. Allison was indeed present in dorm 205 where he resides, celebrating the release of longtime friend and ex-drug dealer Mr. Braganza who bargained for a shorter prison sentence in return for viable information leading to the arrest of Nolan Allison. The suspect was in no way informed of Mr. Braganza's cooperation with Toronto Police Service, nor of the reason behind his early release from prison.
After Nolan Allison gave Mr. Braganza the bag of coloured pills, Mr. Braganza stepped away to text Constable Lucas Damato, telling him what had just taken place. It was not more than five minutes after that text- which came in at 11:30 p.m. that the Toronto Police Service was at the door of Mr. Nolan Allison's dorm room serving the search warrant which had been typed up by Constable Lucas Damato earlier in the day. Once inside, Constable Damato searched the dorm and came upon a box inside a bedroom closet which contained MDMA pills. This container held five hundred pills which had a street value of $5000. As the search continued a bag with one hundred pills were found by Constable Stephen Panic, having a value of $1000. No evidence was damaged at any time during the search or seizure.
Constable Lucas Damato then took statements from two associates of Mr. Allison, Zarafshan Khairi and Gurmukh Sidhu. They were both arrested as parties to the offense under section 21 of the Criminal Code.
