We at CableEx work very hard continuously and diligently to provide you with the highest quality programming and cable features. As many next generation features are available currently, we are investing in them to make sure that you get more programming choices and improvements in customer service.
These improvements will make it possible for us to deliver you the continuous innovations such as high-definition programming, movies on demand, converged services, multiplatform content, and faster internet speeds. Despite the fact that our costs for internet service has increased steadily over the past five years, we have absorbed those increases. However, this investment in new services when combined with the rising costs of doing business and escalating programming charges has led to an increase in our operating budget. As a result, we are forced to announce price adjustments in many packages, and these adjustments will come into effect from January 1.
If you receive the Basic Cable package you won’t see a price increase. Depending on where you live, the package will cost you $13 to $18 per month. If you receive the Digital Economy package you will see a rate decline. Depending on your package this decline will range from 4¢ to $10 per month. The Digital Economy package also provides a basic package of 17 cable channels including Food Network, History, Disney Channel, Lifetime, AMC and USA.
Complete schedule showing rate adjustments are enclosed. Although the costs of some
packages are increasing; you will be receiving the best in voice, video and data transmission, which are of great entertainment value, and we are planning even more innovations for future programming. We appreciate your loyalty and we promise to continue to bring the best in service and entertainment for you.
