It is possible to remove stereotypes and ideas of every age generation and create a standard that will be fair to everyone. This can be achieved by creating awareness to the members of the society about the essence of living in a fair society. The enlightened must play a role to advocate for equality that will ensure every individual is happy with his life and that of others. For human rights to be respected there is need to end the discrimination about the age. The purpose in people’s life will be achieved if only equality in human beings is promoted.
In my opinion, age equality creates a happy society that accommodates the existence of the entire age groups. It easier to make a positive progress in life provided that the young are nor excluded because of age and the old people are nor neglected since they are economically unproductive.
I think that everybody must be treated equally despite their age. The young must be given a chance to express themselves so that they can fully contribute to the welfare of the society. In the current times, the young generation is discriminated against many avenues of decision making. We do not have to treat people differently because of their age since the rest will feel left out and discriminated against.
When you treat people equally, you will eliminate the wrangles that dwell in different age groups. No one will be complaining about any favor, and a free and fair society will be born.
As elucidated above, it is possible to remove the stereotypes that are associated with each age generation and create a fair society. Efforts to treat people equally will bear fruits and establish respect to everyone regardless of their age.
