Introduction
This report is based on human resource evaluation process. The process of evaluation was carried in the Law firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The other areas under evaluation process also included Columbus, Lexington, Cleveland and Louisville. The key areas under investigation included the recruitment process, employee communication structure and firing process. The evaluated areas in practical terms included residential & commercial foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, complex and litigation Loss Mitigation. The human resource director with coordination of two other human resource generalist and human resources coordinator working with over 500 employees were evaluated. The recruitment process was carefully determined and also the benefits given to the employees. The employee dissatisfaction rates were evaluated to through questioning.
Conclusion
Human resource evaluation process gives professionals an opportunity of finding out the actual process that is required in hiring and firing of employees, employee communication structure and recruitment process in an organization. The firms and organizations under evaluation provided an insight of the right procedures to be used while employing a group of individuals. The right protocol should be carried out so that the right procedure is used for determining the capabilities of an employee. Skills and ethical issues should be considered when hiring an employee. The communication structure involved in any organization should use the right procedure, for example, if the message is intended to be passed via emails, then it is the duty of the human resource person in charge to ensure that all the individuals access the right information in the right time. The key factors that may lead to the firing of an employee include misconduct in a specific procedure. Therefore, human resource evaluation process is vital for all the organizations success as through this, specific factors that can contribute to the success of an organization can be explored and implemented into an organization.
