Purpose
The main objective of this proposal is to request for the permission to do research on the impacts of redesigning the 2016 Audi Q5 SUV model. This study is also meant to bring to the attention of the company the importance of such efforts to the business as the whole.
Summary
The Audi Company has been in the car production and marketing business for an extended period. It has been in the frontline I the production of first class cars. The business has been a great deal in the recent years (Audi, 2015). The business, though faced with a tough competition from other competitors has been key to the advancement and the innovations in the Audi Company. There has been a production of modern vehicles fitted with the best designs and also operated by the best technicians in the world. The company has been in the manufacture of automobiles, vehicles as well as car engines.
In addition, the firm has been able to produce some of the world’s finest works such as the production of the 2016 Audi A6,2016 Audi TT,2016 Audi Q3,2016 Audi Q5,2016 Audi Q3,2016 Audi Allroad, and finally the most anticipated 2017 Audi Q7 (Atiyeh,2015).
The company has been able to establish various branches all over the world that have seen to the success of the business. The company has been able to make a lot of sales and profits from the redesigning of the Volvo s60.Due to the increased sales, there was the need to redesign the Audi 2016 Audi Q5 SUV. This is a car model targeting the young and the classic businesspeople and even the celebrities.
Introduction
The production department saw the need to redesign the 2016 Audi Q5 SUV, making it a more flexible vehicle, which could be used for various functions, attracting a larger market and putting the whole business in line with the competitors. It was a task that was meant to change the overall design of the vehicle, making it a more powerful machine, with a sleeker design than the current model.

The vehicle should be made to be a convertible car, with a sleek appearance, which gives it a more streamlined appearance. This makes it be more of a sports car. The tyres should also be increased so as to enhance a more surface area for stability. The interior should also be changed and fitted with a more comprehensive design of the seats.
How The Volvo S60 Improved sales
The new features of this vehicle such as the turbocharger complemented by the 240 horse power that is achieved through direct injection has raised interest in the market. Furthermore, additional concepts such as Eco fuel has been portrayed to reduce fuel consumption by at least five percent. In the American markets it was believed that the new design offered more than the standard one in terms of differentiation, wheel designs and upholstery (Fowle 2011).
Tasks to be performed
This task would be to promote the production of a better model that would fetch a better price on the market. It would also incorporate the production of a more classic car, by redesigning the current Audi 2016 model. This would also include the introduction of tyres with a greater surface area meant to increase the surface area when the vehicle is in motion. The engineers shall be faced with the challenge of creating a more comfortable car that can easily convert itself in motion with ease. It would also include the use of a more modern procedure in the process of making the vehicle.
Conclusion
The primary objective is to lay down the best foundation, giving a comprehensive guideline on how to redesign the current 2016 Q5 SUV model, to make it a more attractive car. This is also meant to target a greater market with the potential to increase the sales as the redesign of the Volvo S60 did.
