The XXX health care state program enhances the well-being of people by delivering the efficient medical services and by maintaining the sustained technical advances within the health care sector of the United States (HHS.gov, 2014).
The budget priorities correspond to the objectives raised in Healthy People 2020 for improving the health state of the American society (Healthypeople.gov, 2017).To be precise, the program of Health People 2020 sets the following targets which are to be taken into account while planning the annual budget 2017:
• gaining the high-quality services serving as a certain prevention method of disease, injury and death;
• developing social and physical environments which guarantee good health for all citizens;
• developing the life quality concept and healthy behaviors throughout all life stages (Healthypeople.gov, 2017).
The budget for the year 2017 includes financial resources required to support the health care facilities and provide the community with the high-quality health care services. The budget for the current years is represented along with the budget for the previous years to see the dynamics of the financial support specifically indicated for the health care sector. Thus, the budget can be determined as follows (HHS.gov, 2014):
The most eligible federal funding source which can bring finances to the budget of the state health care is the Department of Health and Human Services. This governmental bureau is taking the responsibility for protecting the health of the American citizens, and consequently, for providing the basic human services, primarily for those who have the lowest financial and physical abilities. Thus, the Department of Health and Human Services put forward the finances to the health care programs reflecting the agency’s major principles in practice (Healthypeople.gov, 2017).
