It seems to me that it is very substantial to discuss and then project the physical environment of a bar. The main target of every commercial organization is to run across the notions of each client; of course, if this action will break even. For sure, it is next to impossible to gratify everyone. Consequently, the managers are to find something both unique and comfortable. At the same time, however, I tend to think that an establishment has to correspond to the main idea of its creators. It is actually better to ponder over one certain style and to stick to it.
As we talk about the bar, I should admit that it ought to have enough space for at about either fifty or one hundred visitors. Obviously, it hardly seems to be a good idea as to open doors for the bigger quantity of people. It should be always ventilated to decrease the amount of getting out of breath, giddiness, and bad well-being at all. In line with the initial plan of the appearance of a bar, the issue concerning the current furniture style reveals to be irreplaceable. Nowadays, people are fond of everything that looks like stylish and fancy.
Considering the situation around the bartender’s workplace, I would like to mention that this part of the interior is also the paramount one. In addition, what that means is that, firstly, it shows the status of the establishment, and, secondly, it appears to be an inevitable part of a bar. It seems to me, it is much better to have a bartender’s table rather than a couple of waitresses. For a client, it is always faster to receive his or her order at the bar desk.
This bar desk is considered to be the main feature of the interior. For it, there exist some high specific bar stools. As the history goes, the separation amid a bartender and visitors has had a practical importance, as it both prevents drunk people from breaking fragile dishes and creates a convenient functional environment.
In general, the bars can be either enclosed or open space. If a bar is the enclosed one, it may be a part of a great institution like a restaurant or a hotel’s department or to be that institution itself being not dependent on the bigger ones. I have already mentioned about the issue of airing in the room. Within the enclosed space, it is always easier to control such a kind of the conditions. Sometimes, open space bars seem to be more comfortable, but I disagree that they are better. According to the weather conditions, it is not always possible to gather people outside.
A bartender is a face of any bar. In such a way, he is to gain the client’s confidence. In such a way, many bartenders have used to mix drinks at the bar desk in front of their visitors. So, this will not take much time and steps to fulfil the order. I would only like to eliminate flair bartending first. It seems to be a kind of youth demonstration, but not a mastery.
