Assignment
Dear Team,
With yet another beautiful holiday season setting in and 2015 coming to a close, it is the right time to look back at a successful year and reflect. No doubt, we have reached great heights by getting used to a new inventory management system. It is time to fasten our belts towards scaling up with a renewed vigor to improve our collective productivity by expanding our reach and improving the efficiency of the new inventory system.
In the light of technological innovations driven by precision and quality healthcare influencing the medical equipment procurement by healthcare institutions, we are bound to ensure timely supply and service. This requires high degree of interdepartmental coordination and impeccable speed in service delivery. Therefore, high productivity and quality service are the need of the hour to get the more out of the new inventory system. As you know, your productivity, and behavior with the stakeholders are a product of your work knowledge, your capability to deliver and your belief system (Blanchard and Thacker, 2008). I invite the attention of all line managers to identify the knowledge gap of their team members so as to fill the same with appropriate learning and development programs.
Please remember that the success of Kareco lies in our commitment and depends on our determination to earn little by little each day by sharpening our skills and applying our knowledge in the art of supply chain management. At the same time, success is not an entitlement bestowed upon us. However, our service, both individually and as a team, in response to the anxiety of our clients that exceeds their expectations would always give us a good competitive leverage. I take this opportunity to remind yourself of your cherished goals and plans for your dear ones back home. Let your dreams motivate and guide you, and give you the strength to march forward towards achieving the new goals of Kareco through effectively implementing the new inventory system.
