As public relations director for the Business and Accounting Association at the University of Hollis, I would like to invite you, one of our most successful alumnae, to be our keynote speaker in our first meeting this school year 2015. The meeting would be held on August 7th, first Friday of month. The event would be held at the Branford Hall of the School of Business. A 30-minute speech should be prepared and students’ questions are to be responded to after the talk.
The students would definitely look forward to the insights which would be shared on how you started TempHelp4You. More importantly, the talk would provide you with opportunities to sign up qualified students who could offer their skills and competencies as employees for your temporary help agency. The talk would benefit both you and the students through sharing of rewarding experiences, as well as the chance to get constant supply of highly qualified manpower for your firm.
Moreover, rest assured that lunch is provided at the event before you talk. The official time for the meeting would start at 1:30 p.m. Likewise, organizers would leave a parking permit which you can pick up at the information kiosk at the main entrance of the campus.
