A San Francisco state judge tentatively ruled that an engineer Tina Huang who claims she was forced out of Twitter because she was a woman will not be allowed to broaden her case to challenge an anti-recruiting clause required by the company. Huang's lawsuit claims that men were predominantly placed in senior positions at Twitter and says that after she complained to then-CEO Dick Costolo, she was placed on indefinite leave.
