Summary
This digital age has become every teacher’s nightmare. When you are going through a student’s argumentative essay, you can almost predict the student’s drift. Soon you start realizing that you read the same thing before in a newspaper or on a computer. Such a student would have to face a fail in accordance to school policies. This digital age provides an opportunity to look into the implementation of anti-plagiarism policies and the challenges that teachers face. Summary
Internet and the articles that are in it is like air that everyone breathes. It belongs to everyone. Current students who have grown in the cyber age seem to think that internet has information that is free for everyone to take and use as they wish. Plagiarism has, therefore, become of concern, but detection services like Turnitin are keeping it at bay.
