The internship will be at an international office starting next week. It will involve several projects that engage interacting with different people from all over the world. It will also involve providing services to such people. This program requires excellent social skill and competences. It will also engage the various heads of offices in international affairs under who the interns will work. Such people will provide guidance and will also supervise the interns. The officials expect cooperation. These officials will also promote talent among the interns by taking on board their ideas. This will encourage innovation and creativeness among such interns. Intern projects will also be rewarded by sponsorships by the company. This internship will not only enrich the intern’s wealth of skill and knowledge; but also also provide a practicum experience that will grow them professionally. It is an opportunity to learn from the already experienced on the various activities of the profession and its practical situations. It allows the interns to learn how to react in different situations and be flexible at handling them as they arise.
Several projects will ensure that an intern gains enough experience to adjust him or her to a working environment. At the end of this experience, he or she will not only be capable of work but of competence, as well. The projects are different and in a sequence that will mold an interns skill accordingly. An intern may discover very useful skills in the process of handling different aspects of each project. This will allow that person to develop also, confidence in their abilities. It will allow him or her to interact with different people from around the world and be able to deliver services to them reasonably.
The directors and managers at the international office are supportive of not only new ideas; they are also open to questions and aiding apprenticeship. They will guide the intern in his or her journey to the professional establishment by providing him or her with a good foundation for work. This is among the most important things that such leadership has to offer. They aid in molding the interns skill by looking into his or her work and helping him or her correct mistakes where they are as well as commend them where they do well. Such guidance will ensure success in several projects which will benefit both the intern and the company at large
At the end of this internship, I as the intern hope to become a better person in professional establishment and career development. I hope to find excellence by which I will be honored to gain skill. I intend to maximize my time at the international office in order to gain as much skill as possible while offering the best that I can. I also look forward to working with the officials as my guidance and adding to my career substantially. I will not only grow professionally but also socially and intellectually.
