The topic of this article applies to my professional life in distinct ways. As a worker in a medical facility, the issue of the role of bioethics and business ethics is applicable in the manner of delivering service to patients. Aspects addressed in this article as the topic indicates directly influence the way I work as one who attends to the needs of patients in a medical facility. In a medical facility, unlike in another type of organization, one is supposed to deal with clients at an individual level. While other organizations tend to deal with clients in groups, it is clear that ethical considerations should apply in any case as they significantly contribute to establishing of proper relations between the service deliverer and the clients. The issues of bioethics and business ethics addressed here complement each other and therefore, they apply in organizations as appropriate.
Just like organizations understand their fiduciary responsibilities, it is important for one working in a medical facility to understand their roles effectively in order to deliver service in a manner that reflects ethical considerations. Bioethics and business ethic have significant roles with regard to my profession. They advocate for proper management of the work schedules so that each client is attended as appropriately as possible. The role of business ethics is highlighted as being to discourage discrimination on different lines when it comes to delivering service to patients at the medical facility. As such, it is clear that that I should avoid all forms of discrimination in the course of my career in order to deliver service to clients as competently as possible. Business ethics require that all operations should be open and justifiable. Based on this article, it is clear that there is need to ensure that there is consistency in the manners in which service is delivered to the necessary people. This relates to my profession in that duties should be executed justly and fairly in order to promote the welfare of the clients.
This will ensure satisfaction, which is essential for the clients to become repeat clients for the business carried out in my profession. Still, the concepts addressed under this topic clearly highlight the requirements that are necessary in a business set up. As such, the quality of service delivered to clients should not differ in any significant ways. Fair practices and dealings with clients are necessary in order to ensure that they get a good impression of the business entity in question. For instance, in my profession, it is appropriate to ensure that service is delivered based on the exact requirements of the clients. There should be no deviation from the norms and policies addressing service delivery in medical facilities. aspects which go hand in hand with ethical considerations determine the success of any entity applying them therefore, the role of bioethics and business ethics as addressed here in related to my profession in that they provide a fair platform on which to base the various approaches to handling different category clients so that they experience efficiency in service delivery. This topic is essential in my routine life just as in my profession as most of my routine life is spent in the medical facility where there is frequent interaction with the clients. In this regard, the topic directly addresses personal life as well as professional life; this is because my personal life should reflect what I do frequently in my various undertakings.
